How Property Management Companies Can Free You Up as a Landlord
A lot of people have some apprehensions about scaling up their real estate investment strategy – it is a significant commitment, a large outlay, and then there is the documentation…yes, it can be intimidating! However, this is what I have been doing for the past 30 years, this is what I have been helping others do for the past 30 years. So that is a lot of houses we've bought over the years. So when people ask me, is it possible to invest in real estate on a large scale, my answer is very much in the affirmative.
They ask me how to invest in real estate on a larger scale – and it is actually easier than you may think. Once you’ve taken out that loan and bought your first home, got a property manager, and put it up for rent, there is really very little for you to do. In fact, there is nothing for you to do. So you can go ahead and apply for another loan, and buy another house. And then the next one and then the next one. We have had plenty of investors buying 10, 20, or even 30 homes. I myself have invested in hundreds of homes over the years as part of my own investment portfolio.
So yes, scaling up is very much possible. In fact, it is by scaling up that we at ICG Real Estate command the clout that we do. It is the power of the collective because of which property developers, local brokers, and property management firms all want to please us. They want to do right by us and our clients, so they give us the best deals. That is why I advise people to create a large-scale real estate investment strategy, and buy as many homes as they possibly can to create the best possible financial future for themselves and their families.
The real hero of our system of real estate investment strategy, what we call the Remote Control Retirement Riches formula, is the 30-year loan. I cannot say it enough times – this is the one thing that is going to change your future. It is this amazing loan that dwindles over time because while everything around you is costing more, your repayment amount is staying the same. This loan is your bulwark against inflation because it is the one thing that doesn’t get more expensive even while your soap, your food, and the services you pay for are all getting costlier.
So, in conclusion, the scale of real estate investment strategy doesn’t matter. You can buy as many or as few homes as you want, as you can afford. You will reap rich dividends so long as you use the 30-year fixed-rate loan for the home(s) that you buy. We are going to be speaking more about this in our upcoming property event. We will be inviting experts who will shed light on some of the more technical aspects, and share their insights and advice. Sign up today – don't miss the chance to change and scale up your future.
